Torpedo is a no-nonsense, by the book, stand-by-the regs Navy SEAL. He was the first SEAL ever assigned to the G.I. Joe Team, and he regards that with considerable pride. He has the personality of a cold fish, but given that he´s in charge of this three-man SEAL unit, which includes a loose cannon like Wet-Suit and a wild card like Shipwreck, Torpedo´s aloof personality is the only thing that can keep the other two in line and functioning as a team. When not on a mission against Cobra, Torpedo puts his team through the same kind of strenuous training that he himself has always maintained.
