Carlton has always been an incorrigble individual. Ever since he was a child, he caused havoc. Carlton began his reign of terror as a disgruntled sanitation worker. He had originally trained to be a psychologist, but was told that he was mentally insufficient to absorb the information. Frustrated by what was told to him, Carlton began wreaking havoc upon institutions of learning, setting fires and destroying facilities. Hence, Carlton found his current as leader of the Pyros and arch enemy of the Bronze Bombers.

Carlton blames the Bronze Bombers for the explosion which disfigured his face and he is not resting until the Bombers are extinguished!
