He is a master of make-up and disguise, a ventriloquist, a linguist (he speaks over twenty languages and dialects), an acrobatic-contortionist and a practitioner of numerous mystical martial arts. Little is known about his background, but captured Cobra documents revealed reports listing him to be “as lethal as a two-headed rattler disguised as a garter snake”. He changes appearances and personalities so often that even he can´t keep track of them!
