They c can repair everything from Cobra Detonators to Ice Snakes, but their most important duty involves the maintenance and operations of Cobra Power Fighter units. With design plans stolen from G.I. Joe, the Techno-Vipers helped design the Power Fighters, so naturally they were Cobra Commander´s first choice to drive them – full throttle and armed to the max!
