An avid Black history intellectual, Medgar wanted to bring the message of the past into the 21st century. He became an educator and a philosopher and earned a Masters in African Studies. Quick on wit and thorough on detail, Medgar never ceases a moment to drop the 411 on anybody or anything.

Acknowledging his apparent strength to educate the masses, Elijah (Roughshot) named Medgar the Minister of Information of the Bronze Bombers. When it comes to fighting crime, Medgar is a menace to the underworld. He has a stronghold on locating criminals wherever they dwell and disrupting their activities.
